Giving dignity to life
We bring sound
and human touch.
Humanization of care
The sick person must be at the center of the cure, not the disease.
Being able to remain a person, be recognized in the individual specificity and respected in their dignity are rights that Presenza Amica guarantees through the relationship and humanization of care promoted thanks to a certified harp therapist – that brings the sound of the harp into the hospice room – and by a shiatsu operator that, with the acupressure, helps to relieve weakness, heaviness of the limbs and insomnia, thus improving the quality of life.
Towards a better quality of life
Life remains a precious good: even when we cannot add new days to it, we strive to ensure that there is a way to live other moments of serenity, without anxiety and without pain.
Palliative Care recognizes and respects the centrality of the person in his physical, psychological, social, and spiritual entirety and is committed to carrying out humanization interventions in health that involve structural aspects, organizational and relational assistance.
