GIVE VOICE TO YOUR CHOISES<\/a><\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twith the aim of providing maximum accessibility to Law 219\/2017\n\non the subject of\n\nInformed Consent and Advance Treatment Directives (DAT)<\/i>,\n\nwhich underlines the centrality of communication between doctor and patient and establishes the right to self-determination.\n\nIn presenting this shared project, which arises from the comparison between several associations present in the territory, we want to promote the widest knowledge of DAT, which represent a powerful legal instrument: we have prepared a personalized Form<\/strong><\/span> that each citizen can fill out and which will allow us to identify and choose – today for tomorrow – what treatments we would like to receive in a hypothetical future moment of illness, of inability to understand and want, of inability to communicate.\n\nIn order for the choice to be truly free and informed, it is necessary to understand the terminology used by the legislation and therefore present in the Module, which we will present alongside a Glossary<\/strong><\/span>.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
